Otto Windholz Jr. – Chief Operating Officer and President
Mr. Windholz has more than 35 years of experience in the manufacturing, service and supply sectors of the energy industry. He has served in a wide range of executive positions with companies such as Tri-Point Energy Services, Phoenix Energy Products Group and TRW Mission Manufacturing.
Joe Connors Jr., CPA – Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Connors is responsible for CPC's corporate financial planning and management. He has more than 35 years of experience in finance, planning, information technology and organization change management with companies such as Multifoods Corporation and Sysco Corporation.
In recent years, he has served as an operational and process improvement consultant with companies in a broad range of industries.
